Ambassador of the State of Israel to Latvia. Born on April 29th, 1959 in Zimbabwe (at the time Rhodesia). Made Aliyah in 1961. Received MA in Hebrew Literature in 1985. Starting from 1990 serves as a Diplomat Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Israel.
